  • Avocado Tree Hass Grafted

    R350.00

Avocado pears are creamy, nutritious and so versatile to use. The Hass (or Haas) avo is a very popular one, thanks to its gorgeous nutty taste and texture. Under the Hass umbrella, which hails from Southern California, are lamb Hass, maluma Hass and regular Hass avos. The lamb Hass’ flesh darkens more when it’s ripe, and the maluma Hass is a hybrid from South Africa.

Hass avos are medium in size and have a dark purple-brown flesh when they’re ripe. They are high in good fat, protein, potassium, phytosterols, carotenoids, and vitamins B, C, E and K. They can be eaten fresh, added to salads, turned into dips, or even used for the care of hair and skin
