This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipment of garden care products and plants purchased from our website.
Once an order has been placed, we will send you a quotation including the delivery cost to your area. The delivery cost is based on weight, box dimensions, and the destination. You are under no obligation to accept this quotation.
Once this quotation has been confirmed and we receive payment into our bank account, we will process your order.
Processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days. For the Cape and far-distance deliveries, we send out with the courier companies on a Monday ONLY. Friday afternoon is the cut-off time for payment.
Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for your package to be delivered after it has been handed over to the courier company.
We aim to deliver your orders within 1–5 working days, depending on the destination. However, please understand that the estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and should be considered approximate.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package’s progress.
In the event of any delivery issues, such as a delayed or lost package, we will endeavour to keep you informed and work towards a satisfactory outcome.
We do not offer international shipping.
Within reason, although we cannot take responsibility for all mishaps, should any plant arrive in poor condition, we will review pictures of the plant/s and make a decision whether to replace or refund. Pictures are required on the day of delivery, not days later.
Vegetables and Herb
Seedlings
As with all our other products, we source vegetable and herb seedlings organically grown from, in our opinion, the best farms available. The seedlings we sell are of a decent size and grow magnificently. We also supply these at wholesale prices to the public, which is very affordable even for the smallest of growers. Starting from seed can be a challenge and take a long time, therefore established seedlings are ready for harvest much quicker.
