Mondia Whitei is abundant with antioxidants and essential nutrients. It is an excellent source of zinc, magnesium, iron, and calcium, along with fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
To make your tea, use dried roots; you can either crush them slightly or leave them whole.
Add the dried roots to a cup or teapot and pour hot water over. Allow the roots to steep for 5-10 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor.
